Scrum in a Nutshell Activity

1 Have the learners watch the Scrum in a Nutshell video.

2 Have the learners discuss as a team the following questions:

• What surprised you about the Scrum Framework?
• What are you most excited to try out based on what you watched in this video?
• What do you think are the most complicated things to do in Scrum based on this video?

3 Have the Learners bring back at least 2 questions to ask the larger group to discuss.

Recap Scrum in a Nutshell (10m)

Use the teams' questions to facilitate a disucssion and recap of the Scrum in a Nutshell.
